Meet your Chestnut Nurses at Derriford

One of the aims of the charity is to provide Prostate Cancer Nurse Specialists in our hospitals. In Devon and Cornwall these are known as Chestnut Nurses, and at Derriford Hospital we welcome Jane Ripley to the team. She will be supporting the existing nurse Vanessa Wilcox.

This full time post is funded by the charity, initially for a two year period. It's hoped after which will be employed by the trust. We are delighted to continue working in such a positive way with Derriford Hospital in Plymouth and look forward to many more years of positive partnership.
