Plymouth Morris Men supporting the appeal

A massive thank you to The Plymouth Morris Men, who have been raising funds all year for The Chestnut Appeal. Last night they presented charity manager, Lesley-Ann Simpson with a cheque for £500.00 and vowed to continue fundraising to help men with prostate cancer through-out 2010.

Plymouth Morris Men are keen to recruit some agile young lads to train up in order to perform for the 2012 Olympic ceremonies. They practise every Wednesday evening from October until the end of April at Plymouth Citybus Social Club from 8pm till 10pm and would be pleased to see any prospective new members.
